Once we get to know each other and lay out what you want to accomplish we can talk about the best way to serve you and your company.

Kick start projects: In our initial meeting we decide together what you want done, how you want it done and the timeline. Typically these projects last 3 months. During this time we meet once a week with you and your key managers to put the process in place. I am also available by phone during business hours.

Monthly Consulting: This option gives you a weekly phone call up to an hour. We cover what ever is on your plate.  Many of my clients use this program to have me help them focus on doing Presidential duties rather than getting caught up in minimum wage duties. Each week we focus on building from the previous weeks call. This program is only available to clients that have done the initial 2 meetings as I need to have a deep understaning of where your business is and where you want it to go. There is a $800 a month charge for this program. You can stop at any time with 30 days notice.
