I have managed for major corporations like CBS and Belo. I suspect you know of CBS. Belo owns Newspapers like the Dallas Morning News and TV stations like WFAA and WWL TV. I have also owned two companies and managed small multi-million dollar Mom and Pops.  I’ve also Managed one of H. Ross Perot’s Companies and managed a company with Roger Staubach. 

After working with a Coca Cola Bottler and having increased case sales, Coca Cola had me speak and lead seminars at their National Bottler Convention.

A program I set up for a Savings and Loan to increase market share won 2nd place in a National Contest. The National Association asked me to speak at their annual convention to share how it was set up. 

As an Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce I gained a deeper appreciation of the value small business means to the growth of a community. 

As a leader in my profession I have been elected to the head of my local peer association, The Triangle Radio Council. I was also elected as President of Southeast Texas Media and Agency Coalition. This group represented the Newspaper, TV, Radio and Advertising Agencies in Southeast Texas. 

Four different owners have used me to help sell their companies. By helping them increase their revenues, lower their expenses and increase profits they were able to sell their companies for substantially more.

My 35 plus years working with business owners and managers have allowed me to learn the best and worst practices of running a business.
